Why we exist
Internet in Ghana is not cheap, and outside the big cities it is often both expensive and unreliable. Plenty of homes and small businesses in Koforidua go without a proper connection — not because they don’t want one, but because the monthly cost is hard to justify against what they actually get.
Scynett Hotspot exists to change that arithmetic locally. We are building a network across Koforidua and the communities around it, with prepaid plans priced for this town and support run from it.
That is also why we offer hotspot plans alongside monthly broadband. Not everyone needs a connection at home every day of the month. If a day online for GHS 2 is what you need, that should be something you can buy.

A monthly connection to your house from GHS 150, installed within two business days.

Connections for shops, offices and guesthouses across Koforidua.
How we work
Local. We are based in Koforidua. When something goes wrong you call a number answered by someone who can actually send an engineer.
Honest. The price on this site is the price you pay. Installation is GHS 600 and we say so up front rather than adding it at the end.
Prepaid. No long contract and no lock-in. If we stop being worth it, you stop paying.
